CHARLES STOTT - Managing Director
Mr. Stott is co-founder and Managing Director for ValuePoint Growth Partners. He has over 35 years of industrial experience, most recently as the Vice President of Corporate Development for Raytheon Company where he led the merger, acquisition and divestiture activity for the corporation. During his tenure in that position he oversaw the successful completion of more than 20 deals and numerous joint ventures. His team led the divestiture of the aircraft business after an extensive, two year long effort that included separation analysis, complex comparative valuation and market analysis for a transaction valued in excess of $3 billion. While leading the Corporate Development effort for the corporation Raytheon divested 11 business assets ranging from compound semiconductors to the areal targets business.
Also at Raytheon, Mr. Stott served as Vice President of Business Development and Technology for the highly diversified Commercial Electronics division. In that role he led the efforts to shape the commercial business portfolio and focused efforts on development of critical, market facing partnerships for Raytheon's advanced technology. During this time he led the establishment of an automotive joint venture with Valeo, a leading global supplier of automotive systems for the development of a collision avoidance sensor systems.
Mr. Stott served as a board member of Flight Options, a leading fractional aircraft provider and has served as a market development advisor to their senior management. He also served on the board of directors of Valeo Raytheon Systems, Inc, a manufacturer of radar sensor suites for the automotive OEM and Systemonic AG, a provider of 802.11 wireless products.
Prior to Joining Raytheon, Mr. Stott held various, senior level positions in the commercial and communication markets. He served as CEO of Techsonic Industries, a manufacturer of both commercial and consumer sonar products and Whistler Corporation, a manufacturer of 12 volt consumer products. Mr. Stott also led the international sourcing and product development for Cobra Electronics as the Managing Director of their Asian Operations. He was a member of the founding team of Interlan, Inc. a technology start-up pioneering Ethernet products and systems.
Mr. Stott attended La Salle University and Boston College and the Harvard Executive Advanced Marketing program. He is certified as a Six Sigma Specialist.

JAMES C. (JAY) HUMPHLETT - Managing Director
Mr. Humphlett is co-founder and Managing Director for ValuePoint Growth Partners. He has over 20 years of industrial and military experience, most recently as the General Manager of Airborne Integrated Mission Systems for Raytheon where he led the company's effort to enter the airborne systems integration and prime contractor business. He was responsible for manned and unmanned aircraft systems integration programs such as E-10A WSI, ASTOR derivatives and numerous other domestic and international mission systems integration programs including many advanced system of systems, software and "netcentric" programs.
Also at Raytheon, Mr. Humphlett served as the Deputy General Manager for the Unmanned and Reconnaissance Systems organization where he coordinated all facets of Unmanned Airborne System pursuits across the company.
He joined Raytheon in 2001 as the company's first Entrepreneur in Residence and Vice President of Raytheon Commercial Ventures. In this capacity, Mr. Humphlett's role was to commercialize technologies and capabilities developed by Raytheon in support of its core businesses.
Prior to Raytheon, Mr. Humphlett was an investor with Palomar Ventures, a $500 million, early-stage venture capital firm located in Southern California where he focused on investments in communications infrastructure, next-generation software, and Internet enabling technologies.
Before joining Palomar, Mr. Humphlett was a Naval Flight Officer and flew F-14 Tomcats and F/A-18 Hornets. During his last tour, Mr. Humphlett was the VX-9 Special Programs Department Head and worked on the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, the Joint Strike Fighter, and numerous other advanced technology programs. Mr. Humphlett also completed two combat cruises to the Persian Gulf where he was strike lead for numerous missions in support of Operation Desert Storm/Southern Watch.
Mr. Humphlett earned a dual BE degree from Vanderbilt University in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. He also holds an MBA from the UCLA School of Business and is a graduate of the Navy "Top Gun" Fighter Weapons School. He is certified as a Six Sigma Specialist and also holds a Top Secret clearance with additional access levels.

ROBERT VENTURA - Principal
Mr. Ventura has more than two decades of experience with M&A in industries ranging from commercial printing to aerospace and defense. Mr. Ventura's business credentials range from running Strategic Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions at Raytheon's $4.5 billion Integrated Defense Systems division to serving as Vice President and General Counsel of Quebecor World (USA) Inc. At Raytheon, Mr. Ventura sourced and evaluated more than one hundred acquisition/licensing opportunities focused on securing new technologies. At Quebecor, Mr. Ventura contributed to the company's seven-fold growth by negotiating and closing eleven major acquisitions with an aggregate purchase price of $3.4B.
Mr. Ventura built his career foundation practicing corporate and tax law for more than 10 years advising both publicly traded and privately held companies on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

Jon (Jack) E. Wohler - Partner
Mr. Wohler offers a wealth of management experience gained through his presidency of major corporate divisions and other key leadership posts during a 35-year career in senior management.
He retired in 2003 as president of Raytheon Commercial Electronics, a division of Raytheon Company of Boston, and had responsibilities for six separate, worldwide business units. Previously, Mr. Wohler was president of Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., where he supervised 125 general managers and sales-support staff for worldwide marketing and sales. He was promoted to president after serving as Pratt & Whitney's executive vice president of engineering.
A native of Sandusky, Ohio, Mr. Wohler earned his bachelor of science and master of science degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Akron. He also studied in the executive management program at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh and the international management program at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
His civic affiliations have included membership in The Phoenix 40, chairman of the Westside Phoenix United Way Campaign, board member of the Phoenix United Way and Fairfield (Connecticut) United Way; and member of the advisory council to the Arizona State University College of Engineering.
In addition he is a board member of Technology Services Corporation, Sun Health Services, Waypoint Corporation and a partner in Value Point Partners private equity firm.
Mr. Wohler resides in Litchfield Park.
